Shipping Policy

Given the artisanal nature of the products, it will take 1-4 weeks to make the jewelery and 1-3 weeks to make the garments in standard sizes. For the Made to Measure Service, the product will be processed in 1-4 months depending on the difficulty of the dress and the number of requests.

Once ready, orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and shipped.

Shipping costs and delivery costs:

• Italy and Switzerland, free
• Rest of the World, free

Clearance charges:

• Any customs clearance costs are free when possible, otherwise they are paid by the customer

Delivery will take place between 1-3 working days for Italy and 1-7 working days for the rest of the world. We ship via express courier.
